Travels Living Abroad- Tulip Fields in Amsterdam

Y'all know I love to travel and it had been a minute since my last travel. I have always wanted to go to the Tulip fields but missed the season last year in Amsterdam so I decided to get there this year. The good thing is I now have a friend who lives there so that made it even better.
This was my first visit to Amsterdam and I will tell you, layer up and take an umbrella. The weather had multiple personalities and you can experience all four seasons in one day!
The tulips are beautiful but that particular tour I purchased from Get your guide (which is my go to) was definitely not what was advertised and what I expected. However, my visit was still great.
The diversity in the food offerings was really wonderful and I ate some of the best foods, especially vegan food. My friend is vegan and she took me to her favorite restaurant( i'm not vegan and never really cared to try a vegan restaurant) BABY! That food was soooo damn good I went twice. If you are in Amsterdam, vegan or not, you have to visit Meatless District!!!
Living abroad has opened my horizons and also allowed me to travel more than I ever have in my life. The ease of traveling to other countries since living abroad has been a great perk. I love to learn about new countries, cultures and foods and bring what I've learned to you!
