The production time for an order depends on various factors, including the time of year, product availability, and order size. In general, most orders are shipped within 4-8 business days after the order is submitted.
Delights by Dawn does not offer returns on products if the customer orders the wrong size, color, or simply changes their mind.
However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we will offer a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery.
If multiple products were ordered with the same design, an additional photo (or video) of all affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes.
